You can find your TV's model name, serial number, and system software version with the following three methods.

• TV's original packaging and user manual: You can find the model name.
• On the product sticker: You can find the model name, or the model name and serial number.
• In the TV's user settings: You can find all of the information.

The method for checking the product sticker and user settings varies depending on your model. For details, refer to the following.

On the product sticker

The model name is normally found on the sticker located at the back of the TV, or engraved on the front panel of the TV. Please be aware that the model and serial numbers are different:

The method for checking information such as the model name varies depending on the software version for Sony's Android TV™ models and the release year for TVs other than Android TV. For details, refer to the following.

Option A - Sony's Android TV:

1. Press the HELP button on the remote control.
2. Select System information in the Troubleshooting and system information Category.

NOTE: The following procedure is also available.

• For Android™ 8.0 (Oreo)™
  1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
  2. Select Apps.
  3. Select Help.
  4. Select System information in the Troubleshooting and system information Category.
• For Android 7.0 (Nougat) or earlier
  1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
  2. Select Help in the Settings Category.
  3. Select System information in the Troubleshooting and system information Category.

1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select System Settings or Product Support.
4. Select Customer Support or System Information.
5. For the TV models released after 2015:
